Before Registration and Payment.
Bengal Book Of Records follows a strict registration
payment policy. Applicants are requested to review all
registration details, categories, fees, and applicable
terms before proceeding with payment.
Once registration has been completed and payment has been made, the registration fee shall be non-refundable, whether the payment is made in full, in part, as a half payment, or as an advance payment, subject to applicable law.
Once registration has been completed, applicants may not cancel their registration at their own discretion or demand a refund merely because they have changed their mind or no longer wish to participate.
Payment of a registration fee does not guarantee record verification, acceptance, approval, or certificate issuance. Every application must satisfy the applicable verification and evaluation criteria.
If an application is rejected, fails verification, or remains incomplete because the applicant has not provided the required information or evidence, the registration fee shall not be refundable, subject to applicable law.
Applicants are responsible for reviewing their information, selecting the appropriate category, and confirming the applicable fee before payment. Changes or corrections may be considered at the organization's discretion and subject to the applicable rules.
Where an installment or partial-payment arrangement is offered, the applicant must comply with the payment schedule and terms communicated at registration. Payments already made shall not be refundable merely because the applicant decides not to continue.
Nothing in this policy shall exclude any refund, remedy, or consumer right that is mandatory under applicable law. Any exceptional case will be handled in accordance with the relevant legal requirements and applicable terms.
By completing registration and making payment, applicants acknowledge that they have read and understood this policy and agree to the applicable non-refund and cancellation conditions.
